A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public money out
of the treasury from the balance of all state road funds
remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
three, to the West Virginia department of transportation,
division of highways, Acct. No. 6700, supplementing chapter
twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-two, known as the budget bill.
Whereas, The governor submitted to the Legislature the
executive budget document dated January 8, 1992, wherein are set
forth the revenues and expenditures of the state road fund,
including fiscal year 1992-1993; and
Whereas, It appears from such budget that there now remains
unappropriated a balance in the state road fund available for
further appropriation during the fiscal year 1992-1993, a part of
which balance is hereby appropriated by the terms of this
supplementary appropriation bill; therefore, be it
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriations from the state road fund to
the West Virginia department of transportation, division of
highways, Acct. No. 6700, for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, as
appropriated by chapter twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular
session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-two, known as the
budget bill, be supplemented, amended and thereafter read as
follows:

NOTE: The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill
is to supplement and amend the existing items in the aforesaid
account for expenditure in the fiscal year of 1992-1993 and to
reflect the new total spending authority of the spending unit for
such fiscal year. Such increased amounts shall be available for
expenditure upon the effective date of this bill.
